Children's Health was awarded disease-specific recertification by The Joint Commission for our Diabetes Education Program. The Joint Commission is the nation's predominant standard-setting, accrediting, and certifying regulatory body in healthcare.


The GENder Education and Care, Interdisciplinary Support (GENECIS) Program at Children’s Health aims to help children dealing with gender dysphoria grow into happy and confident adults.

Growth Disorders

Growth disorders are problems that prevent children from achieving normal height, weight or sexual maturity. Just because your child is not developing at the same rate as peers is usually not a cause for concern.

Children's is dedicated to supporting your child from the initial diagnosis through treatment and long-term care. We have developed programs that will help ensure a healthy future for your child.

Weight Management

Obesity is growing at epidemic proportions in children. Statistics from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention show the percentage of children aged 6 to 11 years in the United States who were obese increased from 7% in 1980 to nearly 18% in 2012.
