Introducing Amazon Hub Lockers at Children’s Health℠
Deliveries and returns made easy for our patient families
Children’s Health℠ continually strives to improve the experience of the patients and families we’re so privileged to serve, driven in large part by a steadfast commitment to innovation and creative solutions. In that spirit, we’re proud to become the first pediatric health system in the country to offer Amazon Lockers.
Implemented in direct response to feedback from our Family Advisor Network, this important amenity will connect the more than 2,500 patient families who receive inpatient care at Children’s Medical Center Dallas each month with uninterrupted access to Amazon.com products, providing a sense of normalcy and control amid the often stressful, uncertain circumstances of a child’s hospital stay.
