Introducing Amazon Hub Locker at Children’s Health℠
Deliveries and returns made easy for our patient families
Children’s Health℠ continually strives to improve the experience of the patients and families we’re so privileged to serve, driven in large part by a steadfast commitment to innovation and creative solutions. In that spirit, we’re proud to become the first pediatric health system in the country to offer Amazon Lockers.
Implemented in direct response to feedback from our Family Advisor Network, this important amenity will connect the more than 2,500 patient families who receive inpatient care at Children’s Medical Center Dallas and Children's Medical Center Plano each month with access to Amazon.com products, providing a sense of normalcy and control amid the often stressful, uncertain circumstances of a child’s hospital stay.
We’re thrilled to share this significant service with our patients and families, one of the many ways we’re working across our system to improve every moment of the health care journey with unique amenities, updated facilities and streamlined processes.
