Biography

Biography

Dr. Fernandes attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.  He then went on to complete an internship in Internal Medicine at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.  He returned to UT Southwestern for residency training in Diagnostic Radiology and a Fellowship in Pediatric Radiology.  He joined as staff radiologist at Children’s Health and Assistant Professor of Radiology at UT Southwestern in 2010.  He has subspecialty interests in pediatric interventional radiology and pediatric musculoskeletal radiology.  He is a member of the Society for Pediatric Radiology, Society for Pediatric Interventional Radiology, American College of Radiology and the Radiological Society of North America.
