This is a prospective study that merges digital pathology images to digital images from magnetic resonance imaging (MRi) to develop image pattern recognition software to predict tumor necrosis from MRi (digital correlation of MRi (DCor-MRi)).

eligibility

1. Newly-diagnosed high-grade resectable osteosarcoma of an extremity 2. Age >= 10-30 years 3. English- or Spanish- speaking 4. Written documentation of informed consent and assent as applicable.
