Meet Our Team

Primary Care Services
We offer a comprehensive range of primary care services. From preventive care to sick visits to chronic disease management, we diagnose, treat and help prevent a wide range of conditions and injuries.
An important part of giving your baby a good start in life is specialized care to protect their health from the beginning. Our newborn care and services include:
- Comprehensive newborn physical exam, including hearing screening, weight measurement, jaundice check and other screenings
- Guidance on how to properly care for your new baby, with handouts and hands-on education
- Breastfeeding support with lactation nurses throughout the community
- Ongoing well-baby checkups
- Postpartum depression screenings for mothers
When you bring your child in for a well-child checkup with our team, our goal is to provide excellent, compassionate care. Well-child visits check your child's growth, development and overall health.
For well-child checkups, we follow the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommendations for preventive pediatric health care, with screenings, vaccinations and other services, including:
- Immunizations for vaccine-preventable illnesses, including many for international travel
- Screenings for hearing, vision, anemia, cholesterol, scoliosis, autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays
- Mental health screenings for depression and anxiety
- Preparticipation physicals for school, sports and camp
- Nutrition counseling
When your child is sick, it’s comforting to know that help and advice from our pediatricians are just a phone call away. A sick child visit can help your child feel better sooner, and we can often see your child the same day you call us. On Saturdays, our pediatricians see children for same-day sick visits (first-come, first-served) from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
Our pediatricians, nurses and medical assistants have experience in diagnosing and treating many chronic diseases that develop in childhood. We coordinate your child’s care, working as a team with specialists for comprehensive care.
In our office, our pediatricians provide ongoing management for:
- Asthma and food, seasonal and environmental allergies
- Developmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome and learning disabilities
- Digestive disorders such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), diarrhea and constipation
- Endocrine conditions, including diabetes, growth disorders and thyroid disease

Our diagnostic process includes a physical exam with a complete evaluation and tests as appropriate and necessary. Our tests and evaluations include:

Our Policies
Late arrival policy
We understand the frustration of long wait times for doctor visits, which is why we highly suggest arriving 10 to 15 minutes early for your child’s appointment. This allows enough time for paperwork or other check-in details.
- If you’re less than 15 minutes late to the appointment, we’ll make every effort to fit your child in.
- If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we’ll ask you to reschedule the appointment.
If you know you won’t be able to come to an appointment, please call us to cancel it at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Vaccination policy
At Primary Care Mansfield, our doctors, nurses and medical assistants focus on evidence-based medicine that makes use of all the latest advances, including vaccines.
Our practice follows the vaccine schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We strongly believe that on-time vaccination throughout childhood is essential because it helps provide immunity before children are exposed to serious, possibly deadly infectious diseases. Vaccines go through rigorous testing to ensure that they are safe and effective for children to receive at the recommended ages.
We welcome families who share our vaccine-friendly philosophy. If you have any questions about immunizations, our providers are happy to answer them.
