MyChart is an electronic health record (EHR), accessible from Children’s Health website or the MyChart app. This is a secure online tool that serves as the patient portal for Children’s Health patients and their caregivers. MyChart is available in English and Spanish and gives 24/7 access to the child’s health information. Anytime. Anywhere.
