Biography

Rajashree Srinivasan, M.D., is associate medical director and chief of service – physical medicine and rehabilitation of Our Children’s House at Children’s Health. She specializes in brain and spinal cord injury.

Dr. Srinivasan earned her medical degree from Bangalore Medical College in Bengaluru, Karnataka in India. She then completed her residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Toledo Health Science Campus in Toledo, Ohio.

Dr. Srinivasan’s research and clinical interests include spinal cord injury and cerebral palsy outcomes.

"I went into medicine to help people," Dr. Srinivasan says. "I enjoy being a physician who cares for children with special needs, as it's very rewarding. My dream is to provide cutting-edge, family-centered care for children."

Dr. Srinivasan teaches Indian classical music in her free time. She also sings in concerts and volunteers in the community. She loves spending time with her family and pets and enjoys traveling and being outdoors.
