Michael Craig Morriss, MD., graduated from UT Southwestern Medical School in 1990 and completed a one year internship in Pediatrics at Children’s Health in Dallas.   Following his internship, Dr. Morriss completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at UT Southwestern.  In 1995-1997, he completed fellowships in Neuroradiology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.  Previously, he has served on Staff at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and also as Chief of Neuroradiology at Texas Children’s Hospital before rejoining the Radiology faculty at UT Southwestern and Children’s Health. 

Currently, at UT Southwestern, Dr. Morriss serves as the Program Director for the Radiology Residency; and on the Graduate Medical Education Committee for the University.  Additionally, Dr. Morriss serves as a Clinical Neuroradiologist and as the MRI Safety Officer for Children’s Health.
