Biography

Ashley Linnear, DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC, is a Nurse Practitioner at Children’s Health℠. She is a primary care provider with special interests in neonatology and cardiology. She is passionate about helping children stay well and providing preventive care. 

Dr. Linnear earned her Doctor of Nursing from the University of Arkansas. She worked as a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) nurse and educator for seven years before transitioning to pediatric primary care.

In 2020, Dr. Linnear conducted a quality improvement project, implementing Canopy's Spanish translation app at the Southwest Arkansas clinic. At the time of the project, over 18% of the Southwest Little Rock population were Spanish speakers. This app enabled patients to receive health care communications in their native language to improve their care experience.

Outside of work, Dr. Linnear enjoys going to church, serving the children in her community and spending time with family and friends.
