Virtual Visit FAQs

  • What is Virtual Visit?

It’s a more convenient way to see a health care provider. Consults are available from the comfort of your home or virtually anywhere you go.

  • Who can receive services through Virtual Visit?

Anyone can be seen through Virtual Visit. A parent or legal guardian must be present for someone under 18 to be seen.

  • Why should I use it?

We understand it can be difficult to see your health care provider quickly, and it’s hard to drop everything to go to an office visit. When you need health care, it’s important to see a provider face-to-face as quickly as possible. Our providers can see you quickly.

  • Do I need an appointment?

Use our app or web portal to videoconference with a provider. Urgent care appointments are available 24/7 while you will need to find a convenient time slot for a behavioral health care appointment.

  • When can I see a provider?

Download our app for Apple  or Android or sign up on our web portal to see a provider from your smartphone, tablet or computer.

During your consultation, a Virtual Visit provider will determine if a diagnosis is possible or if you need further examination (tests, specialty visit, etc.) just like an in-office visit.
