Welcome to the School Nurse Resource page for Children’s Health School-Based Telehealth.

As an essential part our Telehealth team, we aim to support our school nurses through this portal. From here, you can initiate a Telehealth consult and find several tools to help you along the way, such as point of care testing guides, and technology refresher training. We encourage you to not only use this page for Telehealth, but also for your own professional development. Thank you for visiting and joining our mission to make life better for children.

Welcome back to the 2023-2024 school year! Children’s School Based Telehealth now offers 3rd party calling using the Tytocare device during the visit.

Nurses now can invite parents/guardians and/or translation services that offers 200+ languages to participate in the visit. The process is simple, convenient and a secure way to see the healthcare provider by way of using a smartphone, tablet or computer. This allows for an enhanced patient experience for the nurses and patient families. Ask your Virtual Health Consultant to learn more.
