If your child’s insurance requires him/her to have a referral to see a specialist, your child’s PCP will need to send a referral to our clinic. You will receive a phone call to schedule your child’s first visit.
The office is open from 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday-Friday.
A parent/legal guardian and the child must be at the appointment. Children under the age of 18 may not be seen without a parent/legal guardian.

Yes, after every visit we send a clinic letter to your child's primary care physician, detailing the appointment and recommendations for treatment and follow-up.

Please call 214-456-8131 during business hours (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) or send a message through MyChart and your prescription will be sent to your pharmacy if appropriate. Please allow 1-2 business days for someone to contact you about refilling the medication.
