Hung Luu

Dr. Hung S. Luu currently serves as director of Clinical Pathology for the Children's Health℠ Laboratory System. He earned his medical degree from Oregon Health and Science University, where he also completed his residency in general surgery. He completed his residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and a fellowship in hematopahology at City of Hope National Medical Center in California.

Dinesh Rakheja

Dr. Dinesh Rakheja is the director of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Children's Health℠. Dr. Rakheja earned his medical degree at All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi. He completed pathology residencies at Maulana Azad Medical College (Delhi University) and UT Southwestern. He trained in gastrointestinal pathology and neuropathology as a senior resident (fellow equivalent) at GB Pant Hospital (Delhi University) and completed a pediatric pathology fellowship at Children’s Health/UT Southwestern.

Sarah Johnson-Welch

Sarah Johnson-Welch, M.D., earned her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She completed her internship in general surgery at the University of California, San Diego, where she also completed residencies in pathology and in anatomic and clinical pathology. Dr. Johnson-Welch then furthered her education by completing a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston and another in pediatric pathology at Boston Children's Hospital.

Daniel Noland

Dr. Daniel K. Noland is medical director of the Transfusion and Tissue Service at Children's Health℠. He completed medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a pathology residency at the Medical College of Georgia and a transfusion medicine fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis. He is board-certified in clinical pathology with subspecialty boards in transfusion medicine.

Jason Park

Jason Park, M.D., Ph.D., is the medical director of the Advanced Diagnostics Laboratory at Children's Health℠. Dr. Park earned his medical and doctoral degrees at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He completed his residency in pathology/lab medicine at University of Pennsylvania Medical Center and his fellowship in gastrointestinal and liver pathology at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore.

Veena Rajaram

Veena Rajaram, M.D., earned her medical degree from Maharaja Krishna Chandra Gajapati Medical College in India, where she also completed her internship. Dr. Rajaram then completed a residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York, and Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. She then completed fellowships in surgical pathology, pediatric pathology and neuropathology at Washington University.

Anita Sengupta

ta Sengupta, M.D., is the director of cytopathology at Children's Health℠. Dr. Sengupta earned her medical degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She completed her residency in anatomic pathology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a fellowship in cytopathology. She then completed a fellowship in pediatric pathology at Children’s Hospital of Philadelp

Charles Franklin Timmons

Charles Timmons

Charles Timmons, M.D., Ph.D., earned his medical and doctoral degrees in human genetics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago and a fellowship in pediatric pathology at the Children’s Hospital Colorado in Denver.

Naseem Uddin, M.D.

Naseem Uddin

Naseem Uddin, M.D., earned his medical degree from Karachi Medical and Dental College in Pakistan and completed his internship at Aga Khan University in Pakistan. Dr. Uddin then completed a residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where he also completed fellowships in pediatric pathology and cytogenetics. He completed another fellowship in cytogenetics at the University of Utah.

David Zwick

David Zwick, M.D., earned his medical degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Zwick completed an internship in pediatrics at Washington University in St. Louis, where he also completed residencies in pathology and pediatrics. His clinical interests include pediatric GI and liver inflammatory and metabolic disorders, congenital immunodeficiency, and benign and malignant hematologic diseases in children.
