Home Health Services

Children’s Health℠ is excited to offer the same level of skilled care in the hospital and at home.  Our team works closely with the patient’s physician to ensure that the child is getting the best possible care.

Home health visits are offered five days a week and are scheduled at a time that is convenient for the family. Our care team is comprised of registered nurses (RNs), therapists and therapy assistants. We work closely with families to make sure they are involved in all aspects of the child’s care.
