Drew Bird

John Andrew Bird, M.D., is a Dedman Family Scholar in Clinical Care, the director of the Food Allergy Center at Children's Health℠ and an associate professor of pediatrics and internal medicine in the Division of Allergy and Immunology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He is currently working with colleagues in several ongoing clinical trials using food proteins for immunotherapy.

Christopher Parrish

Christopher Parrish, M.D., is an allergist at Children’s Health℠ who specializes in treating food allergies. He also serves as the Co-Director of the Dallas Eosinophilic Esophagitis Program (DEEP) at Children’s Health, as well as the Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Internal Medicine.
