Jennifer Walsh

Jennifer Walsh, M.D., completed medical school in 2003 at the UT Health Science Center at Houston. She completed her internship (2004) and residency (2007) at the University of North Carolina Hospital. Dr. Walsh’s primary practice is general adolescent medicine, with a particular interest in adolescent reproductive health. “If I can support their engagement in healthy behaviors as teens, we may prevent many future health consequences,” she says.

May Lau

May Lau, M.D., is a fellowship-trained board-certified adolescent medicine physician with the Adolescent and Young Adult clinic at Children’s Health℠. Dr. Lau provides care for most medical issues that affect adolescents, male and female. She has special expertise in sexual and reproductive issues facing adolescents. Dr. Lau sees patients in the Young Women’s Bleeding Disorder Clinic, which provides care for adolescent females with bleeding problems and menstrual issues, and in the Gender Education and Care, Interdisciplinary Support clinic (GENECIS), which provides care for children and adolescents with gender dysphoria.

Jenny Francis

Dr. Jenny Francis is a pediatrician with the Adolescent and Young Adult clinic at Children's Health℠. She is board-certified in Adolescent Medicine and in Pediatrics and researches adolescent sexual and reproductive health.
