Children’s Health Pediatric Group provides a medical home to underserved children and participates in a larger clinically integrated network of pediatric practices focused on providing high-quality care.
We are looking for a physician leader to build the overall quality improvement program at Children’s Health Pediatric Group, support the development of evidence-based clinical pathways and an organization-wide quality improvement structure, and oversee practice-level improvement projects at primary care practices throughout the Dallas area.
The ideal physician leader will have a deep understanding of the complex market for pediatric primary care and be able to oversee the quality of clinical services provided by developing and implementing evidence-based and data-driven quality improvement projects. Additionally, the physician must be able to interface with leaders throughout the system to support Children Health’s mission to make life better for children.
Applicants must have a minimum of five years of clinical experience, be Board Certified, and hold an active and unrestricted Texas medical license.
Children’s Health is looking to add a physician to Pod D, our low-acuity pod, in the Children’s Medical Center Dallas Emergency Department. These patients present with needs similar and slightly more acute than those managed in a traditional urgent care setting.
Day and night shifts are available for this position. Fifteen shifts a month constitute a full-time position. Applicants must have a minimum of two years clinical experience, preferably in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting. Children’s Health is looking to add Pediatric Hospitalists to support Our Children’s House, our rehabilitative and transitional care hospital in Dallas. Additionally, they may provide coverage to our medical centers in Dallas and Plano.
We are looking for passionate providers who have an interest in and commitment to working with children facing birth and developmental disorders, traumatic injuries and severe illness. This physician will work with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. We are open to considering full- and part-time schedules; full-time status requires 15 shifts a month.

Integrated Behavioral Health is a facet of Children’s Health that works to facilitate full-spectrum care to the children of North Texas. We work with the clinically integrated network and Children’s Health clinics to provide case consultation, training and other services in order to further accomplish our mission to make life better for children.
We are looking for an experienced Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric and medical leadership for our Integrated Behavioral Health system. This will include providing case consultation to pediatricians in the clinically integrated network, assisting physicians in their skill development in managing behavioral health issues with the support of the behavioral health care manager and providing guidance on psychotropic medications and prescribing practices. Additionally, we are looking for a physician who is interested in working with the vice president and other organization medical directors in research activities, including publications and speaking engagements, to further the medical rigor of the program and the advancement of the integrated consultative model.
This is a part-time position (approximately 12 hours a week) that allows for remote work and weekly visits to our clinics.
