Pharmacy Residency


The ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Children’s Medical Center is a one-year program designed to provide a comprehensive experience of various pediatric pharmacy practice settings. The program is customized to meet learning experience requirements for the development of well-rounded residency graduates. You, as a resident, will be able to identify, develop and complete an original research project suitable for publication.

The staffing commitment will be an average of every third weekend on any shift or combination of hours and may consist of any practice area within the department, including ambulatory.  Holiday staffing will include one major (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day) and one minor (Labor Day, Memorial Day) holidays.

  • Curriculum vitae
  • Official transcript from your ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy
  • Three letters of recommendation
