Bill Elvey serves as Executive Advisor, Flagship Project at Children’s Health. He is responsible for advising executive leadership and project teams regarding planning, programming and design of the new state-of-the-art pediatric healthcare campus for the joint pediatric enterprise.
Before joining Children’s Health in 2016, Bill served as Associate Vice Chancellor, Facilities Planning and Management at University of Wisconsin – Madison. Prior to that, he was the Director of Facilities Management at The University of Texas at Dallas.
Bill earned a Bachelor of Science and Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Rice University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and is a certified Facilities Management Professional.
