David Zwick, M.D., is a pathologist at Children’s Health℠ who specializes in pediatric gastrointestinal pathology. He is also a professor of pathology at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

After receiving his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Dr. Zwick was a resident in pathology and pediatrics at Washington University and completed his residency in pathology at the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.

Dr. Zwick’s clinical interests include inflammatory and metabolic liver disorders, congenital immunodeficiency, and benign and malignant hematologic diseases. His research is currently focused on fatty liver disease in children.

Before joining Children’s Health, Dr. Zwick was named a Top Doctor in Kansas City, Mo., for a number of years.

He enjoys spending his free time golfing, watching sports or with his family.
