Support Our COVID-19 EffortsUpdated April 4, 2020 at 11:42 am
Your help makes a difference in our community.
North Texas is a caring, resilient community. In times of crisis, we stand together, ready to respond to whatever challenge we face. As more cases of COVID-19 are reported in North Texas, Children’s Health℠ is committed to delivering exceptional care for our patients, their families and now more than ever, care for our front-line staff.
To safely tackle this pandemic, our team members must have the necessary resources and protective equipment to safeguard themselves and our patients. Your generosity allows us to respond to the unique challenges we face during this time of crisis. Give to the Children’s Health Response Fund or donate masks, gloves and goggles. Both our Plano and Dallas campus are accepting donations.
Your generosity makes a difference to our staff, patients, families and to our community.
If you have any questions about donations or want to let us know what you’re donating, email email@example.com.
I want to give money
Help us respond and adapt to a rapidly evolving health care concern by making a gift to the Children’s Health Response Fund. Your gift will help:
- Expand capacity as needed
- Secure necessary equipment
- Enhance patient and care giver protection
- Conduct research
I want to donate medical supplies
Physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals are working around the clock to respond to the community's needs. Help our front-line caregivers stay safe by donating protective equipment. All items must be latex free. Items must be new and in sanitary condition. Open containers whereby product has been exposed to potential contamination cannot be accepted in order to protect our staff and patients.
If you have any questions about donations of medical supplies or want to let us know what medical supplies you’re donating, email firstname.lastname@example.org.

I want to donate food items
Thank you to our generous community for your gracious offers of food donations to support our heroic caregivers, working hard to make life better for our patients and their families. At this time it is our responsibility to follow appropriate guidelines and take extra precautions with the donation and distribution of food items. These protocols help to ensure the safety of our staff, patients, families, and even you.
We ask that you not restrict, or designate, your donations to specific units or teams within our facilities. We are working to ensure all of our colleagues are able to benefit from your generous donations, and it is our obligation to share them where they are most needed.
- All food items must be individually wrapped (no buffet, no open containers)
- We love pizza! However, at this time, pizza needs to be single serve, individually packaged pizzas or slices, in an effort to eliminate and minimize the potential spread of infection
- We kindly request that food donations include vegetarian option
- If food is delivered, no person may enter the hospital due to visitor restrictions and social distancing; it will be accepted through curbside pick up
- If food needs to be picked up from a restaurant, a team member from the hospital will work with you to help make to that happen
Schedule your food donation
Before you bring your donation, please email us at email@example.com to confirm which food items we're able to accept and schedule a time to drop off the donation.
Safe Drop-Off Sites
In order to keep our community safe, all our drop-off locations follow social distancing guidelines. When you arrive, please pull in a designated area, place your donations on the table and step back in your car while a volunteer comes to collect your items. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Together, we can stay safe while making a difference.
To ensure a quick and easy drop off, please fill out the donation form and include with your delivery.
For food donations, we request that donors contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule their drop off and confirm which food items we're able to accept.
