Meet the Team

The Center for Pediatric Urology at Children's, led by Dr. Warren Snodgrass, chief of Urology at Children's and professor of Urology at UT Southwestern, has introduced a new urotherapy clinic and welcomed two key additions to the medical staff.

In a private, compassionate and patient-focused manner, the physician supervised and managed urotherapy clinic treats the 25 percent of children that experience bedwetting, urinary incontinence or recurrent urinary tract infections caused by daytime voiding dysfunction.

"Many parents try to justify their child's urological disorder, saying he or she 'plays too hard to stop to go to the bathroom' or 'has too small bladder' when, in fact, her or she is suffering from a medical problem that can be treated," Dr. Snodgrass said. "Similarly, many parents think bedwetters sleep too deeply or are too lazy to get out of bed during the night to void, but these also are not the explanation."
