Psychiatry and Psychological Services: Partial Hospitalization

The partial hospitalization program at Children's provides a step down program for patients with eating disorders. The comprehensive care allows patients to gradually and effectively reduce their care while maximizing the likelihood of a successful transition back home.

The program allows patients, who may require additional support and structure, access to more extensive care than what is provided through outpatient treatment. Patients enter the program on their way to returning home following hospitalization, or who may require a brief stay to prevent full hospitalization. The program is housed on the same floor as the inpatient program giving patients access to the same care.
