Psychiatry and Psychological Services: Postdoctoral Fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology
Program Overview
Fellows obtaining neuropsychology concentration experience complete a 2-year fellowship that adheres to the Houston Conference guidelines for specialty training in clinical neuropsychology. The program is a member of the Association of Postdoctoral Programs in Clinical Neuropsychology (APPCN). The primary focus of this experience is on the evaluation of children and adolescents with medical conditions that impact the central nervous system. Fellows participate in multidisciplinary clinics, provide outpatient neuropsychological evaluation services and inpatient neurobehavioral consultation, and work with parents and other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment and intervention plans.
