About Home Care

Home Care is a cost-effective method of providing additional care after hospitalization; it also allows for continuity of care, which can decrease the risk of complications or re-hospitalization.

We can provide patients and families pediatric care from skilled nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and respiratory therapists. Soon, we will offer a wide range of home medical equipment to help our most fragile patients.

Our Home Care Division is accredited by The Joint Commission, which means that the quality of our care is periodically evaluated by quality experts to ensure that we are continuing to provide the highest level of care to our patients.

Home Care provides family-centered, comprehensive care to children with chronic illnesses, as well as those recovering from hospitalization or injury. We serve as a link between families, hospital providers and the patient’s primary care physician. Under a physician’s order and insurance authorization, Children’s Home Care supports a variety of conditions for children at home:
