The Brachial Plexus Team provides comprehensive multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment of birth-related and traumatic brachial plexus injuries. We are committed to a team approach, with fellowship-trained physicians who are experts in: Peripheral Nerve Reconstruction, Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery, Pediatric Neurology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and Pain Management. Our team includes a dedicated Certified Hand Therapist with expertise in pediatric conditions.
Clinical interests
- Peripheral Nerve Surgery – major reconstruction utilizing nerve transfers and nerve grafts, surgical treatment of nerve entrapment
- Brachial Plexus Reconstruction – birth-related and traumatic palsy, thoracic outlet decompression
- Hand and Wrist Surgery – relevant to wrist and shoulder stabilization, and late restoration of hand function by tendon transfers
- Reconstructive Microsurgery – microsurgical functional muscle transfer
