In addition, Children's recently opened the comprehensive Pediatric Pain Management Center, a multidisciplinary outpatient program and the first of its kind in Texas with physicians board-certified in pain management combined with fellowships in pediatric anesthesia. The center assesses and treats children with chronic muscle, bone and nerve pain.
