Children's is committed to patient care that is delivered in a professional and courteous manner, respecting the dignity and rights of our patients and staff. Should patients' families have any questions, problems or concerns about their experience at Children's, they may notify any member of the healthcare team. Normally, the nurse manager on the unit can handle most issues quickly and efficiently. However, if further assistance is needed, please contact the guest relations department. Guest relations will help in resolving concerns, getting suggestions to the right people, passing along compliments, assisting families with services we offer or referring them to other resources.

In the event you feel your rights as a patient were not upheld, you have the right to voice a grievance and receive a response from the Patient Relations Committee. Additional information is available in "A Guide to Patient Rights and Responsibilities", which is provided upon admission to the hospital.
