At Children's Medical CenterWhat to Expect
Initial clinic evaluation with the physician, dietitian, social worker, physical therapist and nurse care coordinator. Please allow 2 ½ to 3 hours for your visit.
Please bring:
- Parent's identification and patient insurance card
- Wear or bring tennis shoes and shorts or pants to visit
Once the initial clinic evaluation is successfully completed and the child is invited to participate in the program, the parent can enroll the child in the 12 week LEAN Families program.
