Women's Auxiliary Contribution Card

Honor those special people in your life by purchasing a Contribution Card through the Women's Auxiliary card program. Created from original patient artwork, the 2008 Contribution Cards are offered for $10 each and are the perfect gift for all occasions - teacher appreciation, hostess gifts, birthdays, and special thank you's for friends. The message inside reads:

A gift to Children's Medical Center has been make in your honor.

The back of each card includes information about the mission of Children's and the Women's Auxiliary. Upon ordering, the Contribution Card(s) will be sent to you so that you may personalize and send to your friends and family. The card may be inserted into a standard greeting card for any occasion, or mailed as a stand alone card in the envelope provided. To order, contact Becky Gould or Beth Mikeska.

2008 Holiday Contribution Card

As a special addition to the Women's Auxiliary Card Program, a 2008 Holiday Contribution Card has been created featuring the adorable artwork of Children's patient, Jake Moock. The 2008 Holiday Contribution Card is offered for $10 and may be purchased by contacting Becky Gould or Beth Mikeska.
