Dr. Amatruda utilizes zebrafish as a genetic system to discover cancer genes and to develop new therapies for pediatric cancer. On Jan. 28, Children's Circle of Care members attended a dinner, program and tour which spotlighted current research initiatives taking place at Children's and UT Southwestern Medical Center. Children's Circle of Care is a group of individuals who give $10,000 or more annually to Children's.
