Eligible employees may take up to 12 weeks of time off during a rolling 12-month period, measured backward from the date leave begins.

This voluntary plan allows pre-tax contributions. Funds (13 different Investment Funds are available) range from conservative to aggressive. Participants may contribute up to $15,000 of pay. You may participate in the plan as soon as you are employed.
