Nurses and respiratory therapists receive premium pay Oct. 14 through March 29 at Children’s through the winter bonus plan. Flexible shifts are available to per diem RN’s and RT’s with at least three years of pediatric experience. Winter shift pay is $45 per hour, plus 10 percent completion bonus.
